Mid-MEAC Land Use Lunch Series

Land Use Lunches are held on the first Fridays between September and May and are sponsored by the Mid-Michigan Environmental Action Council. 

Join Mid-MEAC for a monthly buffet lunch to learn about important land use issues in our community. We invite local experts to talk about topics ranging from building methods to planning to local projects. If you have a topic that you'd like to present on or suggest for a future Land Use Lunch, please contact the Land Use Lunch Coordinator, Liz Harrow at harrowe@lcc.edu.

Location

Land Use Lunches are usually held at Central United Methodist Church, 215 North Capitol Avenue, Lansing, MI 48933, across from the State Capitol Building. If there's a venue change, we'll let you know in our monthly email!

Parking

We encourage you to use public transportation, carpool, walk or bike to our Land Use Lunches. If you need to park a vehicle, there is some metered parking on Capitol Avenue and Ottawa Street. You can also park in one of the downtown parking structures with the closest being the Lansing Community College ramp at the corner of Shiawassee Avenue and Capitol Avenue.
